Our house dictionary
We are a small fountain company with a large reputation. Only high-quality, rich Sephra chocolate — milk or dark — and fresh fruit and delightful dippers to go with it. One visit to the fountain is simply not enough; it is an experience you will want to savour again and again.
We arrive ninety minutes early. We dress the table in fabrics chosen for your event. We stay until the last skewer is dipped, and we leave the room exactly as we found it.

Six tiers of Sephra chocolate, brushed stainless steel and a WhisperQuiet motor. The presentation is stunning — and even though it is our largest fountain, it suits any size event, from one hundred guests to two thousand.
For brides who want the photograph, and hosts who want the compliment. It arrives dressed in fabrics that match your colour scheme, and it is never left unattended.

A sample selection — ask for the full list and a per-person quote. Avoid anything crumbly such as pound cake: it breaks apart and interrupts the flow. We recommend angel food cake for its sturdier texture.
How an evening runs
Set-up, tear-down and clean-up are ours.We arrive early
About ninety minutes before your start time, so guests meet the aroma of chocolate as they walk in.
We dress the table
Theme-based fabrics, or designer fabrics matched to your wedding colours. The base is part of the presentation.
We stay with it
A professionally dressed attendant keeps the fountain pristine and the accompaniments replenished. Two and a half hours is included.
We leave it spotless
Teardown and clean-up are included. Extra time is available at $35 per half hour.
One 120-volt grounded outlet within ten feet, and a sturdy, level table. An unlevel table stops the chocolate from flowing. A table skirt from the venue completes the look.
Bring a few small containers with tight lids and we will send the remaining premium chocolate home with you. It freezes beautifully for about a year. We never recycle chocolate between customers.
We do not recommend the fountain outdoors: the aroma attracts every heavenly creature in the garden, and the chocolate needs a stable temperature.

The Ranch Dressing Fountain.
A 19-inch attended fountain of ranch dressing, for the guests who want something salty before something sweet. It pairs beautifully with crunchy fried vegetables, crispy fresh vegetables, fried pickles, chicken tenders and wings, french fries and tater tots, mozzarella sticks.
Only the attended 19-inch fountain is offered for ranch dressing events. Dipping items and plating are provided by your caterer, not by Chocolate Fountain Heaven.

Chocolate Fountain Heaven built its name on weddings and events across Western Pennsylvania. The chocolate came first in the name; the music came from the same people, and the same standard of care.

How long can we have the fountain?
Our package includes two and a half hours — usually the appetiser segment. Additional time is $35 per half hour.
Do you provide the dipping items?
Yes. Because of liability and freshness, only Chocolate Fountain Heaven provides the dipping items. They are priced on a per-person basis and included in your quote.
Who handles set-up and clean-up?
We do. We arrive about ninety minutes early, and an attendant stays with the fountain throughout. Teardown and clean-up are included.
What do you need from the venue?
A 120-volt grounded outlet within ten feet, a sturdy level table, and a table skirt. Please confirm with your banquet manager before the day.
How do we reserve a date?
A signed contract and a $200 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due fifteen days before the event. Dates are first come, first served.
